Description
NDCO non-fat milk powder is produced from fresh cow milk. Once fat reduction and pasteurization processes, the milk gets concentrated and dried with spray method to be prepared. NDCO nonfat milk powder with least protein rate of 32 with special performance such as water absorbtion, high solubility, emulsification, foaming and browning and proper nutrition is commonly used in food formulations.
